We take abuse of our platform seriously. If you encounter malicious activity originating from a TunnelForge endpoint, please report it immediately.

How to report

Please search email to [email protected] including:

  • The offending URL or endpoint (e.g. xyz.tunnelforge.com),
  • What you observed (e.g., phishing login, malware download),
  • Timestamps and timezone,
  • Any supporting logs or screenshots.

What happens next

  • We will confirm receipt of your report.
  • Our team will triage and investigate the issue.
  • We will take appropriate action, ranging from a warning to immediate suspension or termination of the account.
  • We may notify relevant parties where appropriate.
