Terms of Service

Last updated: December 17, 2025

1. Agreement and SCOPE

These Terms govern your access to and use of Thecodebase Limited’s websites, dashboards, APIs, client/agent software, documentation, and tunneling/edge services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who you are contracting with

The Service is provided by Thecodebase Limited, located at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom (“TunnelForge”, “we”, “us”). You are either an individual or the entity you represent (“you”, “Customer”).

3. Accounts and security

You’re responsible for:

  • Keeping credentials and API keys secure,
  • Actions taken under your account,
  • Promptly notifying us of suspected compromise at [email protected].

4. The Service (what we do)

The Service helps you expose or route network-accessible resources through an addressable endpoint. You control:

  • What you connect,
  • What you publish,
  • And who you allow to access it.

We may change, improve, or discontinue parts of the Service.

5. Your content and responsibilities

“Customer Content” means the data you transmit, store, or make available through the Service (including traffic routed through tunnels, configuration, and logs you enable). You represent that:

  • You have the rights to use and transmit Customer Content,
  • Your use complies with law and with our Acceptable Use Policy,
  • You won’t use the Service to harm others or to evade security controls.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service for:

  • Malware delivery, credential theft, phishing, scams,
  • Unlawful access, exploitation, or DDoS,
  • Hosting or distributing illegal content,
  • Activities that violate others’ rights.

We may investigate suspected abuse and take action (including suspension) to protect users, third parties, and our infrastructure. See our Acceptable Use Policy and Abuse Reporting page.

7. Service limits and fair use

We may enforce limits (rate limits, connection limits, plan quotas, automated abuse controls). These limits may differ by plan and may change over time.

8. Paid plans, billing, taxes

If you purchase a paid plan:

  • You authorize us and Stripe (our payment provider) to charge fees and applicable taxes,
  • Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in a refund policy.

9. Third-party services

Some features may depend on third parties (e.g., payment processors, analytics, cloud hosting). Third-party terms may apply to your use of those services.

10. IP rights

We own the Service and all related intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms.

11. Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation.

12. Confidentiality

Each party may receive non-public information from the other. You agree to protect it and use it only to evaluate or use the Service.

13. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy,
  • Your use creates risk to others or to the Service,
  • Required by law or legal process.

14. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the Service will meet all requirements.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages,
  • Our total liability is limited to fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us from claims arising out of your Customer Content or misuse of the Service.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in London, United Kingdom, unless mandatory law says otherwise.

18. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version and revise the effective date. Material changes may be notified via email or dashboard notice.
